On Sunday, November 18th at 3PM, Rudy Giecek, host of the Cascade Hiker Podcast, will be interviewing author Lauren Danner. Her book, Crown Jewel Wilderness, is all about the making of North Cascades National Park.

We will talk about the groups for or against it as well as the different stages the boundary lines took before they were finally settled in 1968.

There will be give away items, meet and greet, and a chance to purchase the book directly from the author!

All proceeds will be donated to the Pacific Northwest Trail Association.
